Paul N. Uricchio, III

Paul N. Uricchio, III was born in Charleston, South Carolina in 1943. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1970.  Upon admission to practice, he worked with his father Paul Uricchio Jr., Barry Krell, and Arthur Howe, emphasizing the practice of criminal law. In 1986, he joined with Grady Query to form the law firm Uricchio & Query, focusing on personal injury of all types as well as workers' compensation law. In 1993, the Uricchio Law Firm was established to more deeply pursue a personal interest in all types of serious injury including serious motorcycle, auto, and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, animal attacks, criminal defense, premises liability, product liability, and sexual abuse.

Paul N. Uricchio, III is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the district of South Carolina, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, and the South Carolina Supreme Court.  He is a senior member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
